TDJ Estate has commenced the realization of the second stage of its housing project in the Ligota district – the „Franciszkańskie” housing estate.
192 apartments in two two-segment buildings will be constructed within the stage. Groundbreaking and levelling of terrain were already commenced at the site to prepare the excavation for the foundation laying.
RE-Bau from Kraków was contracted by TDJ Estate to conduct the construction work. The company was also responsible for the realization of the project’s first stage. In the first instance, the first two-segment building (96 apartments) and an underground car park will be built by the third quarter of 2016. Sale has been started.
Also, keys are being handed over to owners of the apartments, which were erected within the first stage of the undertaking. There are 95 housing units in the two-segment building. Almost 98 percent of the offer had been sold before the facility was commissioned for use.
The „Franciszkańskie” housing estate is being erected on Kijowska St. There will be approximately one thousand apartments in total.
