Atal put on the market the third stage of apartment offer of its residential project Atal Francuska Park. Customers can choose from almost two hundred housing units. The stage is expected to be delivered by the end of this year.
The developer have already delivered two stages of the scheme. 235 apartments in three buildings and 269 apartments in another three buildings were put at inhabitants disposal in May 2015 and March 2016 respectively. Also 578 parking places were built in an underground car park within these two stages.
– The sale of apartments has been accelerated recently. In February we sold 29 housing units and 26 in March. This is why we have decided to supplement the offer and give our customers greater choice – said Mateusz Juroszek, deputy chairman of Atal.
The offer of the third stage includes 180 apartments (from 26 to 134 sq. meters) and three commercial units. 239 underground and 30 ground parking places will be delivered as well. Prices start from PLN 5 400 for the apartments located on lower floors. Buyers will pay PLN 5 600 for top floors apartments.
The architectural concept of the housing estate was prepared by Wojciech Wojciechowski. Atal Francuska Park is being built at the junction of Francuska and Lotnisko streets.
