A couple of months ago Jupiter Plaza Sp. z o.o. called for a bid for a general constructor of Jupiter Plaza. As the building permit had been approved in December 2008, many figured on construction start at any moment. – We haven’t chosen the general constructor yet. As a matter of fact, we take our time according to this decision and future construction start. Time is on our side because of the cost of building materials. They are cheap right now, but they will be cheaper, so we are waiting for the moment – Krzysztof Wojciechowski, the Project Manager, told katowicethecity. – But it is very possible to launch the works before the summer begins. The purpose of the building doesn’t change. Re-design would be take a one year and a half, so it is inreasonable. It’s still the apartment tower with some small part of office space. We see growing interest in our apartments, the same offices and the building profile doesn’t need to change – said Wojciechowski.
Jupiter Plaza will provide 241 apartments and 3 700 sq m retable office area. The construction works will take 2 years.
