Topping-out and foundation slab

Holdimex topped-out two buildings that are being currently built within the “Brynów II” housing estate’s extension. In the meantime, laying of the foundation slab for the Science and Technology Park Silesia was commenced at the neighbouring construction plot.

One private investor stands behind the both projects – Arkadiusz Hołda is a chairman of Holdimex and a founder of the Katowice School of Technology (WST). The school established the Science and Technology Park in 2011.

The six-storey building will be a home for new technologies and innovative companies and start-ups as well as for school labs of mechatronics’ research and development unit. Opening of the 11 196 sq. meters facility is planned in 2014. The undertaking is worth PLN 34,4 million.

The two housing buildings of “Brynów II”, being erected near the Park’s future seat, will be delivered by the end of this year. Holdimex offers about 70 one or two-floor apartments covering an area between 40 and 100 sq. meters within this project.

The five-storey buildings feature an attic floor and two underground levels designed for a car park for almost 100 vehicles. The two level parking hidden under the ground will also be provided for the Science and Technology Park Silesia.

Two tower cranes currently operates at these two construction sites.
