Hochtief topped-out third building of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów. The prime contractor builds 108 apartments within the stage.
In the middle of October a topping-out ceremony was held at the construction site of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów (The House in the Valley of Three Ponds) residential complex. Okam is a developer of the scheme.
„The project is located in a beautiful and natural green area as well as nearby the city center of Katowice. The extra advantage is a high-quality execution, guaranteed by Hochtief Polska. We are very glad because of this cooperation and I am sure, that the future residents will be glad as well. The Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów had been already awarded several times. And our customers appreciate advantages of this project: today 93 percent of apartments, available in the third stage, are already sold. We plan to finish this phase in the first half of 2019” – said Arie Koren, CEO of Okam.
Within the works at Sikorskiego St. a residential building with eight above-ground storeys and two underground levels is being built. It will house 108 apartments with a total usable area of about 7 300 sq. meters, 143 regular parking lots, including four carpark lifts. Moreover, sports facilities for tennis and beach volleyball will be built in the external area of the complex.
“Project implementation is on schedule. The shell is completed. Installation and finishing works are in progress. Façade works and land development remain to be executed” – said Robert Bilski, contract manager at the Hochtief Polska’s branch in Kraków.
From 2012 to 2016, the Hochtief Polska’s branch constructed three residential buildings of a total area of about 22 300 sq. meters within the Okam’s project in Katowice. These comprise 157 apartments with a total usable area of approximately 11 500 sq. meters.
