Griffin Real Estate reveals names of twelve new tenants which pre-leased retail spaces in Supersam. The total area of new shops covers over 1 200 sq. meters.
The offer of Supersam will be improved by: KIK – clothes, accessories, toys and household goods store, Hobby4Men – accessories for men, Pafoscan Sport – nutrients and dietary supplements as well as healthy food stores – Strefa Diet and Soki Na Zdrowie!.
Also, the list of new tenants includes: Douglas, Top Secret, Paese Cosmetics, Passero, Mydlarnia u Franciszka, Dominet, X-Game and Coffee Can.
„We are concluding the leasing process of Supersam. At present, only two small retail units located at the -1 level are available for rent. Taking into consideration that the retail market in Katowice is very competitive, we recognize it as a success that Supersam is almost fully pre-leased at this moment” – commented Michał Świerczyński, venture partner, head of retail at Griffin Real Estate.
Apart from the twelve new shops, following brands have already secured their leasing agreements in Supersam: Monnari, New Look, Sports Direct, Reserved, Carry, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay, Aldi, Rossmann,Pepco, Home&You, EMPIK, SMYK, Silesia Jeans, A Tab, Szachownica, Textilmarket, Piazza Di Moda Young, Urban City and Pure Jatomi.
Supersam will be opened in the turn of September and October this year at 6 Piotra Skargi St. Outfitting works are now being conducted on the building.
