Ryanair increases its engagement at Katowice Airport. The low-cost carrier now offers two new routes from KTW.
The first new route was announced last week. Ryanair will provide flights between Katowice and Milan Malpensa (MXP), with a three times weekly service beginning in autumn 2017. Tickets will be available for booking from March. MXP is the second largest aiport in Italy. It handled 19,42 million passengers last year.
The second new route is from Katowice to the capital of Greece, Athens (ATH). The service will take place twice a week starting in the winter season 2017/18. Over 20 million travelers were handled at ATH in 2016. It is the largest airport of Greece.
Ryanair has been offering five following routes from Katowice so far: London Stansted, Birmingham, Chania, Corfu and Dublin.
