Two new winter routes from Katowice Airport

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, announced two new Poland winter routes, which will connect Katowice and two cities in Israel and Morocco.

The first services will link Katowice Airport and Eilat Ovda with two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays. The newest Wizz Air services will commence on 30th of October and will be operated weekly during the winter season (until 24th of March 2018). Tickets are already on sale with fares starting from PLN 129.

Eilat is Israel’s southernmost city, a busy port and popular resort at the northern tip of the Red Sea ideal for a winter sun getaway. The city’s beaches, nightlife and desert landscapes make it a popular destination for international tourism all year round.

The second connection will be between Katowice and Agadir with one flight a week on Thursdays starting from 2nd of November. Agadir is located in Southern Morocco, on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. The city boasts 300 days of sunshine a year and offers spacious sandy beaches to its visitors, who can also explore the unspoiled nature visiting several national parks near the city.
