The University of Silesia is going to offer an Executive MBA studies in aviation. It will be the first programme of this kind in Poland. The initiative is conducted in cooperation with Lufthansa, Katowice International Airport and Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, among others.

The Executive Master of Business Administration studies are addressed to managers of aviation companies. Graduates will obtain a well-known certificate recognized around the globe and validated by the IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management in France.

„I think that this course may be very successful as there are still not so many MBA studies in aviation in the world. We will share our knowledge within this cooperation and also we would like to benefit from this programme as the Lufthansa team in Poland is mostly consisted of graduates” – said Frank Wagner, country manager Poland at Lufthansa Group.

The studies will last two academic years (4 terms) and cost PLN 8 500 excluding VAT per one term. The programme of studies was prepared by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. Successful candidates have to have a university degree, at least two years of professional experience and have to pass an interview.
