Fortress Invest has signed a leasing contract with Eko-Okna. The windows and doors producer chose the new building of Tetris Office Center for its new office.
The facility was delivered at the beginning of 2016. The manufacturer will occupy almost 300 sq. meters on the first floor. The new office is destined for the foreign sales’ team. The products of Eko-Okna – like windows, doors, shades, gates and mosquito nets – are exported to several countries in Europe. The company was established in 1998 and is headquartered in Kozienice, Poland.
Fortress Invest is a developer and owner of Tetris. The office complex is located at 188C Roździeńskiego Av. It offers approximately 6 000 sq. meters of leasable area in two buildings. According to Fortress Invest, Tetris is now 95% leased.
