Millenium Inwestycje has launched its newest project to be erected within the „Bażantowo” housing estate. This time the offer includes not only apartments but also office and commercial spaces.
The new mixed-use scheme is being built between Bażantów and Puchały streets. The construction work has been started and is conducted by Technobud from Nowy Sącz. The five-storey building designed by Grzegorz Bryzik will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
The ground floor of the facility is destined for purposes of a convenience retail park in addition to the existing shopping center „Bażantowo”. The first floor will feature office and service units. The both floors form a footing, on which a residential part will be placed. Apartments area will range from 34 to 140 sq. meters. Applied construction solutions will enable to link the apartments reaching up to 400 sq. meters of open space. Sales of the apartments were already started. Also, 180 parking places in an underground car park will be put at inhabitants disposal.
Millenium Inwestycje already revealed a name of its first tenant of the commercial part. A three-storey photo studio of Dagma Foto will be located in the east wing of the building. It will cover almost 1 400 sq. meters. Apart from traditional photo rooms, an „aquarium” – made of four glass walls and designed for underwater photography – will be created in the studio.
