Acitv Investment launched its second housing scheme in Katowice. Works were already commenced on Karoliny St., where the project will be conducted.
Karoliny St. is located in the district of „Bogucice” close to the Basilica of St. Stephen. The new investment was called Karoliny housing estate and will consist of five 5-storey buildings. Almost 300 apartments will be delivered within the project. One building and 44 apartments will be erected within the first stage. Customers can choose from one, two, three or four-room housing units ranging from 26 to 92 sq. meters. Prices start from PLN 4 770 per one square meter.
The estate was designed by Peter Podstawski and is being erected by Skawbud from Skawina. It is expected to finish the first stage in the second quarter of 2017. Apart from the Karoliny housing estate, Activ Investment is currently engaged in its second Katowice scheme – 4 Towers.
