Construction works on two new housing buildings have been recently started in the „Tysiąclecia” housing estate. The 17-storey facilities are being built within two schemes.
The projects are conducted by J.W. Construction and Activ Investment. The first company located its estate on Tysiąclecia St. where the works have been already commenced on the second building’s underground car park of „Nowe Tysiąclecie”. The shell of the building will be raised by Aedes. At the same time, final works are being executed on the first building, which is scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year. The 17-storey housing blocks will offer 122 and 149 apartments respectively.
Activ Investment started the third stage of „4 Wieże” on Chorzowska St. Ground works are now underway on the excavation. As in the case of „Nowe Tysiąclecie”, the building will have 17 storeys. There will be 132 apartments. Also, the second housing facility (129 apartments) is almost done and will be delivered by the end of 2015. Dombud is a prime contractor of the estate.
